The origin of the Don Bosco Past Pupils’ Association is to be sought in the Preventive System, based as it is on the supernatural love of Don Bosco for the young. The pupils felt themselves loved by Don Bosco, not merely as pupils, but as sons, and consequently felt the need to return to their father’s house on his feast day on June 24, 1870. Don Bosco Past Pupils celebrate 150th anniversary
150th anniversary of Don Bosco Past Pupils Association 24th of June 2020 marks the 150 anniversary of the foundation of the Don Bosco Past Pupils’ Association. Starting 1870 Charles Gastini and his fellow past pupils came to greet Don Bosco on his feast day every 24th of June in the Oratory at Valdocco. Today millions of Bosconians around the world are witnesses of being Good Christians and Honest Citizens. Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, Michal Hort, the president of World Federation of Don Bosco Past Pupils, invites everyone to celebrate this date with one’s family, friends and Salesians.

I am new to Don Bosco Technical Institute, but at the end of a term I have learn a lot and being impressed positively by the institution.
