Philip Bowie studied in Don Bosco Technological Institute (2011-2014). After graduation, in 2015, he taught in DBTS Gabutu until he decided to sign up for the PNG Defence Force in 2018. He was one of the 10 cadets chosen and sent to Australia for further training. This year he is one of the three Papua New Guineans who successfully completed the course. Congratulations Second Lieutenant Philip Bowie!
